The holidays are here, and chances are you’ve got a few people to shop for gift for. A few weeks ago I shared my self-care gift guide, and today I’m bringing you some gifts that are great for the healthy foodies and cooks in your life. If you want more, I’ve also got some more favorite kitchen gear on my Resources page

GreenPan Rio Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware

I found out about GreenPan when I posted to Facebook asking my RD friends for their favorite safer non-stick cookware. So many of them mentioned these I bought myself a set and became instantly obsessed and have been raving about them ever since. I get a lot of questions about how the eggs and omelets I post on social media come out looking so neat—for me that secret is low heat and a good pan. I also love that these are not obscenely expensive and can fit both a tiny or a larger budget. Added bonus: they also come in a few different colors.

Instant Pot

I really wanted to hate the instant pot when it came out, but I’ll be real—the multi-use cooker has been a game-changer. I have this one (Fagor) but the Instant Pot brand is a client favorite. Use it for pressure cooking, slow cooking, yogurt-making, and more.

Kuhn Rikon Swiss Pull Chop

When I met the Kuhn Rikon team at an event I was so intrigued by this chopper, which you operate by pulling a string, I was so intrigued I had to try it. This thing is wonderful for chopping vegetables like onion and pepper and it also turns out it’s fabulous for making Cauliflower rice. This is a great gift for a college kid or someone who likes to go camping or even that wellness professional in your life who does food demos and often has to make do with with limited access to power outlets when they have to do corporate events or bring their own equipment.

ZYLISS 6 Piece Kitchen Knife Set

We often think of knives as having to be crazy-expensive, and while there are some wonderful high-end options out there, you can find more affordable alternatives. For that person in your life who is maybe moving into their first apartment or just relocated or is new to cooking, a few good knives can make that learning experience so much better. I’m a big fan of Zyliss, which sells sets in bright colors.

Wüsthof – 2 Stage Hand-Held Sharpener

I may have posted this one in previous gift guides, but this hand-held knife sharpener is the best—and it’s super-affordable. Since dull knives are more dangerous than sharp in many ways, a good sharpener is key for kitchen safety. This one has been a game-changer for me.

Le Creuset Metallic Mini Ramekins

Le Creuset is a classic for a reason. When you want to spoil a loved one (or yourself) with a top-quality kitchen gift when counter space is an issue, these mini-ramekins are an adorable option. They come in really fun colors (I love the Christmas-y metallics set) and they’re the perfect size for baking (or microwaving) a mini dessert and are perfect for portioning out snacks and ingredients. I even use them to poach eggs in the microwave (recipe here).

Reusable Silicone Baking Cups

These are great for making baked goods. Not only does it help you reduce the use of butter and oil, it saves you so much mess. And they can go in the dishwasher for easy clean-up. I also use them for making these super seed oatmeal cups and mini-frittatas

Silpat Round Cake Liner, 9″

My family has been using Silpat mats for years, and I was so excited about the new shapes they have, like Madeleine and macaron molds, a bundt cake mold, and this round pan liner—perfect for that home baker in your life.

Cuisinart DLC-2ABC Mini Prep Plus Food Processor

When my last food processor bit the dust at a corporate wellness event, I was more bummed out than I’d like to admit. And yet, this handy little kitchen appliance has simplified my life so much. They’re available in many sizes, but the 4-cup model is great for everyday use and, depending on where you’re shopping, is available in lots of colors too! The price is also right on this one.

Vitamix 5200 Blender

I didn’t understand the Vitamix hype until I used one. Since receiving one as a hand-me-down several years ago, it’s made such a difference in prepping smoothies, nice cream bowls, and blended soups.

What’s your favorite kitchen gadget?
