Sunday again. Welcome to my weekly list of small good things.

First off, I want to wish a happy Father’s Day to my dad. Thanks for teaching me all my best curse words. And yes, I know my sister and I are the best things you ever made.

On that note, I also want to wish my parents a happy 34th wedding anniversary.

A few other good things from the weekend: sunflower

*Even though I have a membership at a yoga studio, lately, I’ve been checking out a few free classes. A change of scenery and exposure to different teaching styles can be a breath of fresh air now and then.

*For confidentiality reasons, I don’t talk much about my clinical work on here, but I’m really excited to have started a new job this week. I’m going to be working mainly with pregnant patients and kids, which is very much in line with where my other work has been taking me, so it’s cool to have the different pieces fitting together like that. I actually spent a rotation at this facility as a dietetic intern and am thrilled to be back. I’d forgotten how much running around you do, though. Yesterday, I went out and bought a few pairs of flats because my old Dansko mary-janes are just not where it’s at for me anymore—after breaking a few toenails in those in 2013, I don’t think I’m ever going back.

*Speaking of kids, I have a new article up on Kids Eat Right on summer superfoods for kids!

*Seeing these loves today. Can’t wait! dogs outside

Have a great day!

What’s made you happy this week?
