To help folks keep their “eat better” and “exercise more” pledges for 2016, there are tons of fitness trackers and weight loss apps. Hell, I’m even a coach on one (Hi, Rise peeps!). Though these tools can be a great addition and help you note your progress and identify barriers—and remind you when you need to pat yourself on the back for all your hard work. Creating a username is just the first step, though. There are a few different things to keep in mind when you start logging. In this Women’s Health piece, I share a few basic tips to help you get the results you want.
