Nothin’ sweet about it, that’s for sure. In the same spirit as the “Pouring on the Pounds” campaign, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene unveiled a new subway poster that strives to gross consumers out of consuming sugary drinks—or in this case, allowing their kids to drink them. This one shows a bunch of sugar packets being poured into a cup of soda, proclaiming, “Your kid just ate 26 packets of sugar.” Yikes.

There are other posters with other sugar packet counts on them, depending on drink size. This poster is of a large (32 oz) soda.
