Sometimes we know exactly what’s behind a sugar craving: emotional or stress-eating, delicious cake in front of your face…Other times it hits us seemingly out of nowhere. What to do?

For those times you just have to have something sweet, I have a few healthier favorites you can try too:
- This dark chocolate avocado mousse is good enough to woo romantic company with
- Try this blueberry crisp with a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt–full-fat if you really want to get the most flavor-bang for your buck.
- Craving ice cream? Try this or that variation on banana softserve or take it up a notch and make it an affogato.
- My go-to afternoon snack.
