After spending a couple nights in New Jersey celebrating my mom’s birthday, catching up with friends, and checking my spots checked at the dermatologist, I’m heading back to NYC later this afternoon, once I finish a few articles I’m working on. Of course, I have to come back in a few weeks to get a mole cut off (one of the joys of being part-Greek), but I’m used to that by now. Goddamn Mediterranean blood…

One good thing about working from my parents’ house today is that my dad, who also works from home, suggested Chinese takeout. For me, it doesn’t get much better than a Shrimp with Broccoli Lunch Special, with a little brown rice and hot & sour soup thrown in. While this basically covers my sodium needs for the entire day, it was a nice change of pace. img 4124 - Lunch Special
