According to stats from the Produce for Better Health Foundation’s State of the Plate: 2010 Study, 93.6 percent of American don’t get enough vegetables, and 92.4 percent don’t hit eat enough fruit. The USDA recommendations for  most adults are 2.5 cups veggies is 2.5 cups per day and 2 cups fruit. That’s it.
