This week’s post has an accidental workout and coffee theme. These are two things that I feel are essential in life. Turns out coffee may actually benefit your workout.

Speaking of things that add a zing to your workout, I bought some colorful leggings, finally, over Memorial Day. I’d resisted for so long, but the pants-envy I’d been experiencing finally wore me down. I feel a bit conspicuous in them, but they’re fun. I feel like cute workout gear puts an extra spring in your step.

I’ve got a lot of fun stuff coming up this summer, including some new writing projects. I’ll be talking a lot about nutrition, health, and fitness. I’d love to hear what things you’re really digging right now, or things you have questions about.
