Want to upgrade  your breakfast toast? Or sweet potato toast! Goat cheese has been one of my favorite foods since I learned about its existence. I was inspired by this recipe while shopping in Trader Joe’s  and seeing pumpkin cream cheese. It sounded like a delicious flavor combination, but I wanted something with a little more protein and without refined sugar or stabilizers.

This Pumpkin Maple Goat Cheese spread is autumnal AF and elevates whatever you spread it on to another level. I love it with apple slices, and it’s also amazing on sprouted grain bread with a sprinkle of chia seeds and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
