Happy Wednesday! How’s your week going. I hope you got a kick out of last week’s Time Travel What I Ate Wednesday post. This week, I’m getting back to 2017 and sharing a look at a recent Saturday, when New York forgot it was winter for the day, and I spent a lot of time outside and taking advantage of that sunshine vitamin energy.

It was one of those perfect late-winter “Thanks, Global Warming” days where you’re, like, “I don’t have if this means bad things—this weather is gorgeous!” I enjoyed a walk in the park, a fun yoga class, and some recipe experiments. I also treated myself to a massage, a reward for finishing and submitting my presentation for the Lady Project Summit.

Breakfast: A green smoothie (from this recipe) and put some mint in it.

Lunch: I was playing with a new frittata recipe, so when I took a break for lunch, I had a piece and a side salad. Delish!

Snack: 2% plain Greek yogurt with cocoa powder and a teaspoon of peanut butter

Dinner: Baked salmon with Zoodles and assorted veggies I was trying to use up.
