Happy Wednesday! Hope you’re having a great week. After spending last weekend out of town at the Lady Project Summit, I’m getting back into the swing of things here in NYC. While I get back up to speed, I thought that for this week’s “what I ate”-style link-up, it would be fun to look back at a few weekends ago, when my mom and sister came in for the day to get lunch and do some shopping.

I took advantage of having the day off and went to a morning pilates class—it felt so good! My hamstring injury from the summer was acting up earlier in the month, and pilates has been so helpful for strengthening and healing.

For Breakfast: I made a green smoothie bowl—one of my favorite things to enjoy when I eat breakfast at home

Lunch: We went to the Mermaid Inn, where we shared some oysters and yellowfin tuna crudo to start. I ordered the seared tuna nicoise salad for my main dish. Hit. The. Spot. To drink, I had a glass of cava—lovely!

Dinner: Since lunch was so late, I didn’t really get hungry until dinnertime, after my mom and sister left. I sipped a ginger kombucha while I threw together some leftover veggies with roasted kabocha squash and baked salmon. I added a spoonful of eggplant dip and goat cheese on top.
