Hope you’re having a great week! Tomorrow I’ll announce the winner of last week’s  Tea Forté  giveaway, but today I’ve got some What I Ate Wednesday happenings to share.

This summer I feel like I’ve been making up for lost time with travel. Last weekend I took another little trip and spent some time on Long Beach Island with family and friends—seven humans and two dogs under one roof sounds chaotic but it was actually really relaxing. I enjoyed some much-needed downtime. There is something magic about that ocean air. I even enjoyed some touristy stuff I haven’t done on years, like a ride on a ferris wheel.

For today’s What I Ate Wednesday post I’m sharing a look at Saturday. It was a really nice day. I woke up pretty early for some reason, so I took a long walk in the morning and then went to a yoga class at 9. Later in the day I went to the beach with the group and we all went out for an early dinner together. It was still pretty early when we finished dinner so “the kids” went to a nearby amusement park for some rides and games. Afterwards, we went to a brewery. It was a fun night—so nice to take a breather once in awhile!

Here’s the “what I ate” part of this post.
